Customers having a valid support services agreement can use the following additional features in the PBS support area:
- Online research in the PBS note database
- Research, request, and download, if necessary, of documents and support packages
- Version synchronization of installed PBS products
Customers with a valid support services agreement can contact the PBS Hotline on working days Monday till Friday from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm CET. The PBS Helpdesk is not available on public holidays in Hesse/Germany.
