The use of the PBS Helpdesk is reserved for customers with a valid maintenance contract. Therefore you have to login on our website to use this functionality. The login can be found at the top right of our website.
If you do not have an accout for our website, you can create one via the login functionality. Please note that new accounts will not get the authorization to use the PBS Helpdesk. The authorization will be assigned by PBS staff and may take a few days.
